Since ancient times, aromatic plants have delighted human beings and have been used throughout history by different cultures and civilizations in perfumes, cuisine, or as healing medication, today they are considered as traditional compensation.
These plants are very abundant close to the lagoons due to natural conditions, climate and soil and to the action of men. Rosemary is a common plant; it has a strong fragrance and is used in cuisine recipes, in cosmetics or medicine, just like sage, thyme, lavender, sweet marjoram or fennel.
